Refund policy

We do accept refunds and exchanges.

If for any reason, you do not feel that your purchase has lived up to your expectations, please contact our customer care team with a friendly email at:  popgoesthedia@emersonandoliver.com  

S&H is non-refundable. 

 

Exchanges 
We will replace any items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at popgoesthedia@emersonandoliver.com  and our team will advise further. 

 

We cannot guarantee the item requested will be in stock or back-ordered. Therefore, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.  

Refunds (if applicable):
Please contact our customer service department at hello@emersonandoliver.com they will advise you further on your refund request. 
When a refund is processed, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7-10 business days.

Late or missing refunds 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. 

Shipping
To return your product, send us an email at popgoesthedia@emersonandoliver.com and we will advise further.

We will provide a return label upon request. Shipping costs on your original order are non-refundable. If you receive a refund for your order, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

 We cannot guarantee the item requested will be in stock or back-ordered. Therefore, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Otherwise, there is no guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
